Dear Members,

I am writing this letter to all members of the Long Term Care Finance Association to let you know we are
“back in business”, after a short hiatus due to COVID.  I have been elected as the new President and wanted to introduce myself and tell you about some of our plans for this year. I am one of the founding partners of Eisenstein, Flaherty & Associates, now rebranded as EF,LLC. Our company is engaged in senior living consulting, recruitment and management, and we now own a SNF on Cape Cod called The Terraces.

The LTCFA Board is very excited to be back working and welcoming new members David Becker from Covenant Healthcare, and Jennifer Cook from EF,LLC to the board this year. We have some exciting plans to host a series of webinars over the next few months that will provide all members with up to date changes in regulations pertaining to finance as well as other timely topics. We would like to reach out to all members and solicit ideas and feedback about your needs in our ever challenging industry. If anyone has ideas or thoughts about the role of LTCFA and how we can support you in your jobs, please contact me at your convenience or any other Board member.
