Robert Eisenstein, MPH, MSW, LICSW, LNHA is Principal at Eisenstein Flaherty and Associates (508) 927-2068 and a Partner at Commonwealth Senior Living Management. After starting in the field of mental health care management for many years, he received his nursing home administrator license in 1990 and has successfully led nursing homes and assisted living communities to financial success. He has also been recognized as the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association Executive Director of the Year. In addition to strong clinical and management background, he has a passion for teaching as an adjunct professor at both Fisher College and Quincy College. He is also on the executive committee of the Plymouth Sunrise Rotary and board member of the non-profit Partnering People Through Service.

Recently, she started her own company specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) accounting services, including financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Olga also brings expertise from various other industries, showcasing her versatility and business acumen. She oversees accounting processes and provides interim assistance in accounting and finance. Additionally, she is the founder of Vital Voyage LLC, a non-emergency medical transportation service.
